Now read this second list 3 times with a lot of feeling like it is true for you. Then find the statements that you have difficulty in believing about your self, such as "I am happy" for instance. Remember that what you are thinking on grows. That is why it is important to rid you mind of any negative thinking. During this exercise you will discover that most of your negative thinking is not actually true. Make sure that what you are thinking on is always positive. You always have the choice to either live in the negative or the positive. Any negative thought can be replaced with a positive one.
Just the process of identifying your deep seated negative thinking is enough to heal you and make you more successful. After spending time doing this exercise, take the negative thoughts list, go outside and burn it- so that it no longer exists any more. Then re-read the new list of thoughts, at least 11 times when you wake up in the morning each day and 11 times before you go to bed. Your thoughts create your life.
