Dream of Shirdi Sai Baba
Shirdi Sai Baba's Love and Kindness
Om Sai Sri Sai Jai Jai Sai
My room is in the South West, and in the South West corner there is big large wardrobe (with height and weight for the Vaastu). On top of that facing East is a picture of Baba, the face of the Baba statue in Penukona - overseeing the entire house, room and my sandhana as the big boss. I go to him all the time and put my forehead against the wardrobe, do arati, pranam to him and look up and talk to him. He always appears to be smiling down at me.
However one time after confusion and problems in my life I started to have doubts that maybe he does not care about me or is fed up with me. Maybe I have made him angry. Or maybe he is just an avadute crazy person. Then one time after another bad day at work and before retiring to bed for the night I went to the Baba picture, pranamed, looked up at him and made a funny joke about my life. Then I got into bed and went to sleep.
During a dream that night, I was walking out of a building into the open air where there was a shrine or a rock of some sort with some writing on it.
The writing read, "If you are confused; then put 50p into the box". So I put 50p into the box. Then the writing slowly started to change and said, "If you still have any further questions then put another 50p into the box." I then paused.
As soon as I put the next coin into the box Baba appeared like lightning speed in front of my eyes. He looked in bliss like he was drunk on energy, smiling lovingly with amazing glowing eyes. I could see the energy flowing from his eyes. I was touched by his manner which was really loving and gentle. He was smiling all the time and really easy going. There was nothing but gentle love emanating from Him. He was not waring his headscarf, which made his brows look higher and more sturdy. He offered me a drink which I accepted, a bottle of beer (although I do not normally drink) and we sat down next to a fire to talk, which was like a big tin or barbecue. It was like a homeless persons barbecue or fire. I spent some time talking to him and sitting in his presence (although I could not actually remember us speaking or what it was about). He was happy and walked about and attended the fire occasionally. It was like a really loving one to one with him. It is hard to remember the full dream, but the essence of it was unbelievable Love. In the dream he was so gentle, loving and smiling- and his eyes radiated huge love to the extent that you could see the energy flowing there. Whenever I think of this dream, or if I think of his face and eyes, it brings me to silent tears every time.
The dream was Baba's way of saying, "I really love you and care about you, acknowledge you and am aware of you, and my Love for you is infinite." It also made my connection to him feel strong, so I will never doubt him or my relationship with him again. If you look to him he looks to you.
