The embodiment of divine beauty and sweetness, and the one who plays.
Transcending the Creation
Mother Divine is the Maha Shakti. The great primordial energy of God. The divine spark of creation that exists in each of us. The Mother of our souls. The embodiment of divine beauty and sweetness.
In the ancient tradition God is the Father and the Mother is the creation. We are transient beings in her creation. We are all taking part in her game and are all under her illusions (Maya). The creation contains all which we call good and bad. Everything came from her. The Mother is the universal Mother of our souls. The mother is the world. She is the planet Earth. The whole of creation is her scene. The mother is the divine game and the divine power and inner spark of ourselves and God.
She is actually of the highest peace, love, purity and positivity- that is why she is a little angry- consuming all that is negative. In the terrible form of Maha Kali she is the destroyer of negativity and spiritual ignorance. That is why she is sometimes called the Goddess of destruction. Although she is not associated with violence.
Her main form of destruction is time (Kala). Time dissolves everything. Everything that is not real. Even time itself will dissolve in Her. Nothing can escape time. She is also called the Goddess of time. In her highest reality she is the Shiva and the Shakti. They are both One. She is the primordial energy of God and equal to Brahma (the creator)
The reason why we are concerned with understanding and knowing Her is because we want to know what this creation is all about and to know who we truly are. That is why it is good to develop the desire to have a relationship with Her and to want to see Her- to have darshan of her in physical form. This creation is not who we really are - it is just a dream - just a lot of illusions- just a joke. It is not real. Not what we think. This is what we mean by wanting to understand the "Truth" and to transcend all the illusions.
Who is she? There are many aspects of the supreme female energy and she has many divine forms. Each culture and religion has its own ways of worshipping her. Even in the Christian tradition she is worshipped as the beautiful sweet and compassionate Mother Mary. Spirituality is a huge ocean of knowledge. On the other hand she can also appear to be a very confusing and crazy lady. But her craziness brings enlightenment. Her illusions (Maya) bring Moksha (enlightenment). She is Mokshamaya. Because she is the high positive, coming into contact with her may force you to look in the mirror and face your karma with greater magnification and intensity. She can really play on you, and bring a lot of suffering. She is a lovely beautiful sweet Mother but she can appear terrible and horrifying in the face of spiritual ignorance and adversity.
When you start to connect to her the illusions may really start to flow in and around you. You need a lot of protection circles from Shiva. Then you can begin to grind and adjust to Her energy. Spirituality is all about adjusting to the divine energy.
When I started to connect with Her everything started going wrong. She will amplify all your problems and headaches at least 10 times over. She will show your problems under a big lens. A whole wide range of illusions came my way. I became sick and had problems with my health. I started freaking out about money problems (even though nothing has changed in the past 3 years- I have been living in my interest free overdraft and have an accumulating student loan pending to be repaid), work problems, house problems, anxiety problems and relationship problems. Everything hit me in the space of a few days. My life just became unbearable. Whatever you cry about she will make you cry even harder. Whatever you worry about she will make you worry even more. Although I knew it was all illusions, she blocked my vision so that I could see no way out, so there appeared to be no light at the end of the tunnel. She will put the magnify glass on your inner feelings and karma.
But on the other hand if you are happy she will make you 10 times more happy. If you are grateful she will give you more to be grateful about. If you are happy and laughing she will make you laugh harder and be more happy.
At the time the only way I could find peace was to know and realize that through Kala (time) one day, anytime soon or when we are dead- all suffering has to and WILL come to an end. All our current earthly problems will end maximum 60-70 years from now latest through death. Then we can either NOT come back, or start again from scratch, hopefully learning from the mistakes made in this life. Either way- freedom from money problems, work problems, relationship problems and bad vaastu! You can also fast froward into the near future when you are experiencing oneness with God during Nirbikalpa Samadhi. Or you can go back to before you were born, or when you were in the Mothers womb- where there are no problems and before the illusions started.
I fast-forwarded to when time had won over all our problems, and then absorbing that true peace and freedom and then coming back to the present and feeling much much better and cured. Then all my craziness was replaced with contentment, happiness, peace and security- and then that started to become amplified by Her. She is the inner spark in you that wants you to wake up and connect to Shiva- the pure consciousness and bliss. Illusions are illusions, but God is Bliss. Illusions serve to make you realize the truth and transcend the creation.
It is a case of adjusting to Her energy and getting Her to turn as as a lovely lady. If you get suck like I did, you can also tell the Master what the problem is, and he has the capacity to divert her not to put the illusions on you. He knows how to operate Her mechanism. The master can take away all your headaches- just like that. However being thrown in the deep end and watching how you swim is all part of His spiritual training. He says sometimes it is good for you to be shaken. To understand the creation and become a master you have to taste the positive and the negative. Then once you understand the mechanism and know who to operate Her you are then a great powerful spiritual healer in the world.
Spirituality is a difficult game, it is not easy to begin with. But you can be happy to know that in the end there is unbelievable peace, love and contentment. Everything is okay. Mother Divine her nature is that she is very loving and kind- like a Mother who is dear to her children. She will fulfil your desires. As the famous biblical saying goes something like, “ Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all things will be given to you ”. The seed of fulfilling all spiritual and even material desires comes from Her. Her boons also include great knowledge about God and the nature of the soul, the siddhis (supernatural powers) and the experience and understanding of the true nature of life, birth, upbringing and happiness. And finally Her boons bring about enlightenment. Mother Divine is the Goddess of enlightenment. She gives her power to those who want to spread the truth in the world.
True Love and happiness comes from knowing Her and developing your relationship with Her to become enlightened, to experience and understand the true nature of Love and Bliss and then to become One with Shiva our Father- the true consciousness, awareness, existence and bliss. (sat chit ananda).
