What happens to a dark room when a bright lamp is burning? Darkness disappears. Darkness= absense of light. When you turn on the light darkness automatically disappears. You are a light to the world! A divine person radiates huge spiritual light that effects the collective consciousness of everybody, especially those around that person. That person becomes a source of love and happiness. The biggest blessing a country can have is a God-realized person. Scientific research has shown that if even just one percent of a population, group or town practices meditation there is a significant reduction of crime, accidents, pollution, unemployment and decreased hostilities. There is also an increase of prosperity and happiness. This is called the Maharishi Effect.
For instance as I become enlightened everybody else becomes enlightened. What I learn other people learn. What I think, other people are thinking. When I am happy everybody else around me is happy. Love is like a chain reaction. Love is light. When one person starts waking up, everybody else starts waking up. We are all connected. You may also be connected to me and each other. We are all one big family of Love! When you change and start to Love and become happy, your environment has to change as well.
What happens when there are thousands of people on the planet practising Love? Operation Happiness begins. The world has to change, it has no choice. There are thousands of highly evolved spiritual people on the planet who are soon to be saints- waiting to grow up and become one with God. There are a some God realized saints and avatars on the planet now. Imagine the effect of hundreds of people like Jesus on the planet.
