Acceptance is a form of controlling the mind. When acceptance takes place your mind is controlled and nothing can disturb your heart. You are bullet proof and protected. When something bad happens to you or if you feel negative, there is no need to become hurt. You simply accept. Whatever happens you always happy and in bliss. Nothing can disturb you, you are simply accepting.

Acceptance means to have an adjusting nature. If you completely surrender to what is going on in your life without getting hurt, but accepting whatever is happening with great Love then you are aligning yourself with God’s energy. Then God has no more plans to torture you.

One way of dissolving fear, panic, worry and generalized anxiety through acceptance is to experience the worst possible scenario in your head and FEEL what you do not want. Sometimes we suppress feelings because we don’t want to feel them. But once we have felt them they can become processed and dissolved.

If something bad happened in the past, such as any trauma that you don’t want to face- you may need to go back and FEEL that pain in order to release it. What ever you feel you heal. Acceptance means that you can process your blocks without being stuck in hurt. Go back and feel negative emotions such as disappointment, shame, fear, anger, embarrassment, sadness, sorrow, envy and hurt. Feel them one by one. These are healing emotions. Feeling these emotions helps dissolve generalized anxiety.

When you understand the human condition, the nature of suffering, and the nature of human life then you become a Master who is capable of healing and helping other people.
