Spending time in or having a relationship with the nature helps bring balance, peace and healing. It is essential for decharging stress and negative energy absorbed from your environment. Having a job or activities that involve outdoor activities with moderate physical activity, fresh air and sunlight is essential true health and happiness. If you can live and work in nature (or daily spend time in the nature) then you are happy, peaceful and a healthy person.

Adventures, bike riding, camp fires, swimming, climbing trees and playing in the nature while the sun set were many ways I found happiness whilst growing up. Nature helps you find balance and peace. Also creating time for silence in your life is essential for spirituality. Silence that is pure and free from all disturbing and trash vibrations- to be peaceful and experience your soul and God.
