Amazing and unbelievable! Yesterday, I registered on an anxiety forum- Anxiety Zone Forums and Chatrooms. After mentioning my website, I was immediately banned. My account and all of my posts were deleted without notice and without any explanation.

I did not even include my website as a link- just as text. It was not even advertising. All I did was talk about my experiences with anxiety and mentioned that I have created a website, and asked what people thought about it.

I find it so funny because I can not believe the ignorance of it! This shows that they are against my Website. If they thought my website was a good thing they would allow me to mention it.

This means that anxiety forums like this are against natural, holistic or spiritual cures for anxiety disorders and depression- which is what my website stands for. It is a reflection of the mental health system of rejecting the person and a soul. My website is an expression of my soul and heart. Anxiety exists when this is rejected. Rejected by society, by the medical industry or by forums such as this.

There are terms and conditions on their website which state that you are not allowed to link to OTHER commercial or competitor anxiety sites. First of all this was not a link- it was just text. Second, this forum must have heard of “no through” links. If they make their links “no through” then the links are ignored by search engines- and have no competitive value. Also I sell nothing on my website. It is a completely free information resource. It may be one of the only few that actually offers a real solution to anxiety that does not involve money or medication.

So arguably these terms and conditions are unfair, ignorant and selfish, and not in the public interest. Or in the interest of those who want to find remedies and cures for their anxiety and depression. Maybe one day they will modify their terms and conditions? Or to give some room for discretion.

Sometimes forums like this can be a like a prison for people with anxiety disorders and depression. At the end of the day the only cure for anxiety and depression is Love.

As one famous saint once said, there is no medicine or therapy for drought- only water can cure it. The same with Anxiety. Love is the only cure. Love is like water to drought. Maybe one day they will understand.

There are some anxiety forums out there who are fans of my site, or at least think my site is a good thing. So I may contact those and make a deal. I will contribute to their forum as long as I can have a link to my website in my signature. Then it will be worth my time as well as theirs. Everybody wins then, and there is no selfishness.

The goal of my website is the change the way people think about anxiety, depression and mental health issues- and to establish the spiritual truth. To be a leading authority on anxiety, depression and spirituality.

Lets wake up to the truth. Lets wake up to love.

God is Love

Maybe you want to keep a record of some emails/letters in your inbox or sent item, for spritual or legal reasons. Your personal evolution files are stored in your Home folder- mine is /home/james. The folder is a hidden file called, .evolution. Before my re-installation I backed up this folder.

When I tried to recover my Mail system it did not work. I could read files but not send any mail or save any mail. This was probably because not ALL of the configuration files are contained in .evolution and also there may be complications if you NOW have a more updated version of Evolution. Some configuration files are also contained in .gnome2 and .gnome2_private which also need to be backed up.

But the most safest method I use now after my problem of restoration to back up files is this:

Highlight and select all your Inbox mail then click “File” and “Save as”. This will save all your Inbox mail as ONE file.

Do this for your Sent items and any other folder items. Then you have one file for each item. Then you can put these files into a dated Evolution backup file.

You can also do this if for the mail in an Evolution system that is corrupt and that you can not use, like in my case.

Then after you have re-installed your updated Evolution system… all you have to do is drag each of the backup files into their relevant folders.

For instance the mail file you have saved and backed up- just take this and drag it into your “Inbox” and suddenly all your mail starts to appear magically. I find that it is a more simple and risk free way of backing up Mail. It also enables you to better manage backup files so you can organize them by date or folders.

But finally… why do you want to keep old Mail and old stuff anyway? After restoring my Mail I decided to delete everything! It is nice to get rid of all old and stagnated stuff. It is like tidying up your house and getting rid of all junk and clutter. I just kept a few technical and spiritual emails that I may wish to refer to again for instructions and technical info etc. But this technique may save you a lot of trouble that was caused for me on this occasion.

After installation of Open Suse 11.1, my sound did NOT work. An error flashed up. It worked before on previous installations, but not now!

I did a speaker test by typing the following into my terminal and it worked. You should hear a ladies voice coming out of your speakers-

speaker-test -c2 -l5 -twav

So then I updated the ALSA (Advanced Linux Sound Architecture) and it miraculously cured the problem.

You can update the ALSA by going to the Open Suse ALSA update page and then go to your version of Linux or your Kernal version and proceed to copy and past 3 command lines.

One of these adds a repository, the next installs/updates the ALSA and the 3rd disconnects from the repository.

Problem Solved

If that does not work you might want to have a look at the following link-

If you want to format your entire computer for whatever reason, you have to make sure you delete/ format ALL partitions- including the primary or recovery partitions! Once you have a working system it is probably best just to leave it that way!

The Toshiba Windows/System Recovery disk can create some funny partitions on your computer. These include the main Windows partition, a recovery partition and an empty partition where the language files were stored and deleted temporary during recovery. You could probably merge some of these or delete the recovery partition. The best professional Open Source software for messing around with partitions is “GParted”. You can down load and burn this to DVD for free.

There is a small bug to do with OpenSuse 11.1, whereby it sometimes does not work out of the box. For some unknown reason you have to manually set it up to boot from the Master Boot Record (the first part of the hard disk that is read when the BIOS boots your hard drive). This usually points to a bootloader for whatever operating system you are using like GRUB (the bootloader for Linux). If you have some funny partitions on your system or for whatever other reason the boot loader may become set up to boot from a partition or file other than the Master Boot Record. The following GRUB boot error occurred during my installation of Suse 11.1-

Error Occurred While Installing GRUB
Minimal BASH- like line editing is supported. For the first word. TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere esle TAB lists the possible completions of a divice/filename]

grub > setup–stage2= /boot/grub/stage2–force-iba (hd0,3)(hd0,5)
Checking if “/boot/grub/stage1″ exists… yes
Checking if “/boot/grub/stage2″ exists… yes
Checking if “/boot/grub/e2fs-stage1-5″ exists… yes
Running “embeded/boot/grub/e2fs-stage1-5 (hd0,3)”… failed (this is not fatal)
Running “intall–force-iba-stage2= /boot/grub/stage2/boot/grub/stage2/boot/grub/stage1 (hd0,3 /boot/grub/stage2 p /boot/grub/menue.1st”… failed

Error 22: No such Partition

grub > quite

The following quote from, OpenSuse Boot Forum solves the problem when you are in the boot “loader section management” via the system repair tool or within Yast-

“go to Yast –> System –> Boot Loader. The Grub configuration screen comes up with the Tab “Section Management” activated. In the lower right is a drop-down selector labelled “Other”. Select from “Other” the option “Propose New Configuration” and then wait for Grub to analyse your partitions and display a new configuration. This may take a while. Important: When that finishes, activate the tab labelled “Boot Loader Installation” and select to “Boot from the Master Boot Record”. [Yast will often default to booting from the root or boot partition rather than from the MBR but that's for experts only -- always choose the MBR.] Then click Finish to save the changes and install the reconfigured Grub into the hard drive’s MBR. If you get a message that “The bootloader boot sector will be written to a floppy disk ……… don’t bother with the floppy — just click OK to proceed and install to the MBR. Reboot and you should be able to boot to openSUSE using the Grub menu screen……..”

This completely 100% fixes the problem. Opensuse forums are the best and the ONLY place to go if you have an Open Suse system related problem. I wasted a lot of time asking OTHER forums that were NOT any good and I did not find the help I needed. Then when I went onto this forum I found everything instantly.

Since I came back from holiday it has been complete festival of illusions.

My laptop became clogged up with dust and started overheating. So I sent my laptop off for repair and got the fan cleaned. It then started running like it was brand new. I bought the latest version of OpenSuse 11.1. Nothing would work.

I had massive problems with installation errors and the Toshiba recovery did not work. The laptop went away again. So I upgraded the RAM to 3 Gigabytes. Now I have a top quality machine- it runs like brand new and it is very fast and powerful- especially with the new RAM. And now I solved all errors and problems.

So all of my problems, frustrations and headaches actually made me and my computer more strong and powerful. I also have a greater knowledge of the Linux system now, boot loaders an partitions.

Not only that, whilst in the illusions there was a misunderstanding with my web host regarding payment so my site got shut down and was suspended for at least 24 hours- this was while I did not have any computer system. My anxiety hit the roof! I lost complete control of my website. Luckily Google turned a blind eye on this occasion and nothing was affected in the Google index.

The Jesus avadute energy had a role to play in all of this- reminding me that God is the boss- that it is all about God and Love- not Linux or anything else, and that our priority needs to be God and Love. So my priority now is to do a more useful and spiritually friendly work/jobs- to work hard and be successful in the material world as much as the spiritual. To put ALL my efforts in to succeeding and creating freedom, love and happiness in my life and in the world. To be stronger than all obstacles.

Jesus wants people to become active in the world and a source of Love- for each one of us to spoil THOUSANDS of people with Love, flowers, financial support, emotional support, expertise, healing and professional help- in all aspects of life- creating happiness, love and freedom in the world for the benefit of mankind. The real enlightenment and happiness is spoiling thousands of people with Love in every way- like my divine friend Sri Kaleshwar does, and having that in mind is a worthy goal in itself- the goal and purpose of Love. So after a good kicking from the Jesus energy I am now ready to put my efforts into sincere work for happiness, Love and freedom.

What I am currently giving/offering is not enough- you could call it stinginess. Some gurus are so selfless and giving that they work 24 hours a day. It is difficult to comprehend the Love that is there. All efforts should be put in to creating freedom and a loving work in life- to put that on the priority list. Hard work doing something simple, useful and loving- contributing towards the needs of everyone.

Approximately 75% of Internet users still use Internet Explorer with all its bugs and security risks.

Nearly half these users are still using Internet Explorer Versions 6 or below, which have many bugs that interfere with valid XHTML/CSS code. Professional organizations and even governments are still using this substandard browser.

To insure the cleanest possible code for picture pages, you may be making the shift to XHTML strict. Your pages/pictures may appear attractive in your own Firefox browser or when viewed by latest versions of Windows Explorer. However when approximately 40% of the entire population view your pages with Internet Explorer 6 or below your pages may look ugly, as a result of Explorer not centering your tables horizontally.

The normal way of centering tables in HTML 4 was with the
tag. This tag has now depreciated in XHTML. So now we rely on CSS to do this for us.

However the usual and valid CSS in the following example does NOT work with Internet Explorer 6, as your tables will not be centered- making your photo pages look horrible. The following example is the normal valid way of centering block items such as tables horizontally:

table.center {margin: 0px auto;} or
table.center {margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;}

The way to get around this bug is to use the following css:

table.center {text-align: left; margin: 0px auto;}
div.center {text-align: center; width: auto;}

Then make your tables you are having problems with look something like this:

Your Pictures

Your Pictures

Your Pictures

</td

Your tables now center perfectly even in Internet Explorer 6. Your page is also 100% valid XHTML strict.

Problem solved.

When creating a website, it is important to have a good directory/folder structure- instead of having all your files in the root directory next to you index.html file.

It may be fine in the beginning stages of your website, but after a few years when you have many pages up to hundreds or even a thousand- it then becomes very difficult to manage your website and find stuff, because all your files are all over the place in the root folder. This is what happened to me. All my files were in the root directory. I had to move them into another folder.

The best thing to do, which also helps search engine spiders and robots index your site better is to have different folders/directories for different types of content. For instance if I had known about this from the beginning I would have a folder named “health”, a folder named, “spiritual” etc- all the
the different types of content on my site. This offers better management, organization and indexing of your pages.

It is impossible to administrate your site properly when you have all your files in the root directory. If your website is only going to have a few pages then fine, but otherwise your are going to be stuck. You will need to do something about this as soon as possible before your site gets any bigger.

It sounds simple just to move files. But any webmaster knows that moving files may be a complete disaster- because each page on a website should always have a permanent web address. If you move a page somewhere else, Google and all major search engines will treat it as a new page. It will then be given a page rank of less than zero and may not appear in the SERPS. It would mean that nobody would be able to find your pages in Google at all to begin with. When someone clicks on a page through Google- that page will no longer exist. It may destroy all organic traffic to your website.

How to safely move and redirect web pages with Apache web server using .htaccess files.

I found an excellent way of resolving this problem using a special type of “redirect” whereby the pages and the page rank gets redirected. Even though the old version of the page in the root directory is no longer there, if sometime tries to access that- then Apache redirects or rewrites the URL to the new page. It is a very clean method of moving pages permanently. When someone types in the old page into the address browser, your web server rewrites it to the new address automatically- so people do not even know that they have been redirected. This technique prevents duplicate content and any of your pages disappearing temporarily from the Google SERPS. It means that any links to your old pages will be valid, and the page rank passed on. It is such as genius technique.

This technique is called, mod_rewrite.

You should have a file called, .htaccess in your root directory. If you do not then create a file and call it .htaccess.

For example I moved all my pages such as introduction.html out of the root directory to the folder, “way_to_happiness”.

To do this I would open up my .htaccess file and type the following:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^introduction\.html$ http://www.anxietymadewell.com/way_to_happiness/introduction.html [R=301,L]

Upload this to the root directory.

Now if you type, “http://www.anxietymadewell.com/introduction.html” into your browser see what happens. It gets rewritten to “http://www.anxietymadewell.com/way_to_happiness/introduction.html” automatically.

Then all your problems are solved.

Last night after publishing my article about Jesus’s sacred teachings of Love I starting to experience people having reactions to my site. I heard one person say, “It’s a Scam!”- which is quite funny. Other people think I am playing a practical joke, or involved in some kind or marketing scam. It is not a joke and I only ever follow my heart, and the truth that is within me- some may call it the Holy Spirit. I would only ever promote things I consider important, loving and true. My website comes from my heart with God’s blessings and divine guidance.

When your belief system becomes challenged, it can be difficult sometimes. But we are all prisoners to our cultural programming and beliefs.

The only true judge of anything- what is best for you- is your own heart. It is always a good idea to follow your heart as it always leads in the direction of your soul. Your heart is your best intuition for determining what is right and what is wrong, where to go, and how to discriminate between what is true and what is false.

The truth is always hidden in your heart, and your soul is the truth. Pray to God.

I wish you all the love, fun, happiness and above all- freedom.

Soon it will be Christmas time, a very auspicious time for getting in touch with Love and making Love your only goal in life. May Love set you free.

Lots of Love,

James

I have been writing and developing my very first ever PHP script- a feedback form for my website.

This uses a basic HTML form to gather some feedback information from your visitors. It then posts this information to a PHP file, which returns a confirmation page. It also gets your web server to email you the feedback.

Although it is so simple, it took me a long time. But in the end I have a professional looking script, which you are welcome to use for free and modify to your particular needs and website.

I used an open source captcha image script I found on Google with my feedback form to stop the possibility of robots visiting my site that fill out forms and send spam.

So here is the script for form.php:
<?php
session_start();
if(($_SESSION['security_code'] == $_POST['security_code']) && (!empty($_SESSION['security_code'])) ) {
// Insert you code for processing the form here, e.g emailing the submission, entering it into a database.
$output = ‘

Feedback Form- Confirmed

Dear ‘.$_POST["FirstName"].’, thank you for your feedback!

You entered the following details:

Your name is ‘.$_POST["FirstName"].’ ‘.$_POST["LastName"].’

You are ‘.$_POST["Age"].’ years old and ‘.$_POST["sex"].’

You are from ‘.$_POST["Country"].’

<⁄ul>

You rate this site:

’.$_POST["Value"].’

Your reason for this:

’.$_POST["comments"].’

And this is your suggestion on how to improve the site:

’.$_POST["improvements"].’

Click Here to return back to the main page
.

’;

$to = “example@example.com”;
$subject = “Online Feedback Form - Example.Com”;
$message = $output;
$from = $_REQUEST["EmailAddress"];
$headers = “From: $from”\r\n”;
$headers = “Content-type: text/html\r\n”;

mail($to,$subject,$message,$headers);

echo $output;

unset($_SESSION['security_code']);

} else {

// Insert your code for showing an error message here

echo “The security code you typed seems to be invalid. Please go back, reload the page and try again. The information you typed in should still be there. Thanks.”;
}

?>

This is an example of a form you can use in HTML along with the form.php file and how it matches up:

<fieldset>

AnxietyMadeWell.Com Feedback Form:

Do you hate unnatural toxic chemical smells of underarm deodorant that make people smell worse than somebody with bad body odor? Would you rather smell naturally pleasant, sweet and healthy?

Lets talk about lemons…

Lemons are a natural cleanser and a powerful anti-bacterial and anti-septic- containing lots of natural healing qualities. If taken internally with water and honey there is a powerful cleansing and detoxifying effect on the body. Lemon with water and some honey helps regulate metabolism, body weight, and internally purifies the body. Try the amazing drink for an example. Drinks like this combined with natural diet and purifications of mind and emotions create a sweet natural smell in a person, like a baby.

Because of powerful antibacterial and antiseptic qualities, lemon can also be used for treating and cleansing any type of small cuts, insect bites, hemorrhoids or itchy sores. There may be some stinging at first (which is a sign that it is working) followed by permanent relief and speedy healing.

Because lemon juice destroys bacteria it is ideal as an underarm deodorant. It is completely natural and free from harmful chemicals, which can contribute towards cancer.

The best thing about lemons is that they offer more protection as an underarm deodorant. Take half a lemon, squeeze the juice and rub this into your armpits once or twice a week and then you are done. Lemon juice destroys your armpits ability to smell. It is the number one deodorant on the planet. Forget masking smells with traditional underarm deodorant! I repeat; lemon juice destroys your armpits ability to smell.

I am so impressed by lemons, since I have always hated normal deodorants with their unpleasant chemical toxic smells. They are so much more cheaper! So much more natural! So much more effective and powerful!

Why use unpleasant deodorant sprays when you have lemons?

Mostly when I talk about lemons as deodorant people think I am a little crazy or joking. But where did I get this crazy idea from, using lemons as deodorant? Well it was actually from a leading U.S doctor that specializes in treating cancer patients. He believes that a major cause of cancer particularly in women is underarm deodorant. This is especially true of women spraying their armpits with chemical deodorants after shaving. He has his whole family use lemons and will not let them touch usual underarm deodorants

Like him, I endorse lemons. Lemons are the way to go. Lemons are the way of the future!

BUY NOW. That’s right. Buy some lemons and try it for yourself.

Putting joking aside, If you use lemons instead of normal spray then your natural sexy sweet pleasant smell that is irresistible to the opposite sex will emerge. You can’t go wrong.

And the best thing is that you have got nothing to loose by trying lemons at no risk to you, for one day. I can guarantee that you will be satisfied. If the lemon that you buy is not for you then just simply throw it away. Then there is nothing stopping you from going back to your horrible unhealthy spray products. But I can guarantee when you experience the benefits you will not want to go back

The biggest reason for having a blog is that the Internet absolutely loves blogs. If you have a blog you can submit it to thousands of blog directories and RSS newsfeed directories. This means that a good quality blog can get you over a thousand backlinks to your website. This tremendously helps your website rank well in the search engines. Because of this it would be silly not to have a blog. Having a blog makes a lot of sense!

There are several other common reasons for having a blog as part of your website. A blog is a great way of…

Publishing your latest news

Keeping in contact with the world

Sharing professional knowledge and expertise

Talking about stuff you like or find interesting

Love = sharing. It is good share what you have, such as any knowledge or expertise including but not limited to your professional knowledge.

There is also a great need on the Internet for tips on search engine optimization and website development- for serious people with quality websites or those who want to bring something of value to the world. Think how many websites there are on the Internet that want to improve and do well? As my website becomes successful I will share my professional knowledge. Whatever you learn in life and whatever you are an expert in- you can share this with the world to help other people become successful.

If your website has quality content then people will naturally want to link to your site and it will become successful over time.
